Had a great time! The king suite had stunning views with two balconies, and the pool was refreshing. Plus, the affordable rates were a nice surprise!

The pool was a great spot to unwind after a long drive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the room had a half-eaten cup of food in the microwave and could use some updates, but it was otherwise clean and comfortable for our one-night stay.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, thanks to the diligent efforts of the staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shopping options.

Some maintenance issues in the common areas were noticeable.

We had a pleasant river view from our room and enjoyed the balcony, but the room itself was not very clean and had some maintenance issues. The staff was accommodating when we mentioned our problems, but there were several things that needed attention, such as the water pressure in the bathroom.

Not family friendly at all

The front desk staff seemed polite enough at first, but when we had an issue they just kept arguing by the door instead of helping us. And oh, we found a pair of boy’s underwear under the bed, which definitely wasn’t ours!

Definitely not cheap but not worth the money we spent.

I loved my stay here! The indoor pool was a perfect retreat, and I enjoyed relaxing by the sun terrace after a swim. My beautiful room was spotless and spacious, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a comfy bed that felt like sleeping on a fluffy cloud.

The convenient location and having Jillian's Sports Pub next door made my stay perfect, while the river views and easy access to nearby attractions like the Children's Museum and Oak Grove Cemetery allowed me to enjoy delightful city strolls without any hassle. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the friendly housekeeping staff, who added a lovely personal touch to my experience. However, the hotel could benefit from improved maintenance, as my room had some minor issues that detracted from the stay.
